Some favorite cocktails
Angel’s Eye
      1 part Bertina elderflower liqueur 1/2 part Dry Rye Gin ½ part Sherry ¼ part fresh squeezed ruby grape fruit juice fresh fennel, sliced or Ramona flower Muddle fennel in a mixing glass. Add all ingredients and stir over ice. Strain into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with fennel leaves.
Rosaline’s surprise
1 ½ part gin ½ part Bertina elderflower liqueur ½ part pink peppercorn syrup ½ part lemon juice Flambé and muddle fresh grapefruit. Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
Sunset Park

1 part Bertina elderflower liqueur ½ part gin ¾ part fresh lemon sour 3 dashes celery bitters 3 part fresh cucumber juice Line the inside of a Collins glass with paper-thin cucumber wheels and fill ¾ of glass with crushed ice. Shake all ingredients, except elderflower liqueur over ice and strain over crushed icefilled Collins glass. Drizzle with Bertina elderflower liqueur and garnish with fresh mint and a dusting of powdered sugar.

Rudolph's Nosebleed

2 oz Apple Juice
1 oz Stroh 60 Rum
1 oz Jagermeister Herbal Liqueur
½ oz Bertina Cloudberry-elderflower Liqueur
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1 Egg
1 Pepper
2 slices of Red Bell Pepper
1 Tomato

Forgive Me, Bertina
Ingredients :
- ¼ rum (white)
- 1/8 Bertina cloudberry-elderflower liqueur
- 1/8 white creme de menthe
- ¼ orange juice
- ¼ lemon juice
 Use a "Mixing glass" for Forgive Me drink recipe
Stir ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Serve in "Cocktail Glass" Garnish: No 

Fun at the pool
All Day
-1.75 L of white Chablis
-1 bottle of sparkling Rose wine
-1 small (375 ML) bottle of lemon liqueur
-1 bottle (750ML) of Bertina Cloudberry & elderflower liqueur
-Mix together with ice crush. Garnish with lime slices
